Orders placed on business days are usually shipped the same day . In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 2 business days .

Our payments are processed securely via payment provider Mollie . You can choose from various payment methods, including iDEAL , Bancontact, PayPal , and other common options.

Postage costs

• €6.95 shipping costs. We charge this to ensure quality.
• Surcharge for delivery to the islands: €13.00 net (calculated separately after ordering).
• Surcharges outside France/Germany/Benelux: on request.

Dispatch

Packages are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days with a track & trace code .
Whether you choose home delivery or delivery to a Packstation, you will always receive a tracking number to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage . For efficient processing, we recommend placing all your items in a single order .

Return shipments must be sent with full postage . Shipments with insufficient postage will be refused.
